Aarhusian Funday Factory has just released the game Smashville to Apple iOS with support from the game order at the Danish Film Institute (DFI). Smashville is a casual game best described as a good mix of Angry Birds, Subway Surfers and Flight Control. Smashville is experienced as hectic, strategic and fun. The philosophy behind Smashville is simple as it is easy to go to and at the same time difficult to master. The game can be learned in 30 seconds, but it will take a significantly longer time to get well. You must take control of an angry god and smash everything on his way through the game while avoiding invading spaceships. Stupid and above all fun. Smashville is free to download and play so everyone can join without having to invest a fortune. Funday Factory has been around since 2011 and has until now primarily developed games for external projects. A capital injection and support from the Danish Film Institute (DFI) made it possible for Funday Factory to come independently on the iOS market. The first shot in the cannon is Smashville and there are more games in the cast from the routine Danish development team. Creative Director and co-owner Anders Leicht Rohde started Funday Factory after a successful year at Krea Media, where he worked with a large number of releases of the titles Pixeline and the Screensaver Hugo. Anders says, "Smashville is a big step for Funday Factory. Besides being a really fun game, it marks at the same time the start of a series of game initiatives that will come from Funday Factory over next year's time." Anders is together with Glen Würtz Christiansen the main forces behind Smashville. Glen, who became part of the Funday Factory team earlier this year, has great experience because he has successfully developed the Danish game hit "Ax in Face".
