In this episode, the player once again takes on the role of Billy Blaze. He’s an eight-year-old genius who has already stopped the evil Vorticon. This time, Billy receives a transmission while working on a special intergalactic radio. The signal is poor, but he can still make out that Earth is in danger again, and he must set out to stop the Shikadi’s evil plans.
