The installation is a bit more complex than, for example, on Ubuntu or 1, but far from impossible. You can choose a “netinstall ISO”, which only downloads the necessary packages during setup, or a full ISO with everything included.
Debian can be customized from the ground up — making it popular among developers, system administrators, and Linux purists.

Debian has a reputation for being the most stable of all Linux operating systems. New versions are tested for years in the “Testing” and “Unstable” branches before being released as “Stable.” The result is a platform you can rely on — perfect for servers and professional environments.
