Feel the Wheel is a tiny, no-frills utility that lets you resize and change the transparency of your open windows on a Windows PC. How does it work? Just launch the app, hover the cursor over a window’s title bar, and scroll your mouse wheel to change the window size. Transparency is adjusted the same way, but hold the Shift key on your keyboard while you do it.
In our tests we noticed one minor issue, though it isn’t serious. You can set transparency so low that it becomes hard to find the windows on your screen again, so try not to go that far.
It’s hard to say whether you’ll use Feel the Wheel every day, but it works exactly as advertised—and it’s free.
