If you’ve lived your whole life in one place and suddenly got the chance to step beyond it, you’d be amazed at how big the world is. That’s also the case in Sims 3. It’s a much larger world where you can roam the entire neighborhood and visit all your friends or coworkers.
Head into town to do some window shopping or hit the beach with friends. Take a drive to the park, or throw a party at home.
There are lots of new tools you can tailor to your needs. Design your Sims just the way you want, adjusting height, build, and body type. Change their hair, skin and eye color, facial features, and clothing.
What’s special is that you can also choose the personality for each Sim. Make them active, clumsy, perfectionistic, artistic, or romantic, and assign many other traits. This makes the game feel far more alive and realistic, helping you form a closer bond with your Sims as they behave more like real people.
You can also take pictures of different moments. When you snap a photo, the game pauses so you can move around freely and capture the shot from any angle.
Once you’ve created your Sim, it’s time to head home. Build your dream house and design it exactly the way you like. Maybe even match the curtains to the same pattern as the Hawaiian shirt one of your Sims is wearing?
