If you hear a lot of music on WinAmp, or Windows Media Player, then last.fm is a program you need. If you do not use these players, there's also a really cool feature like any music creator wants - yes, love! After you install load.fm, the program automatically records the music that you hear from those players. The statistics of what you hear will be collected on the last.fm page where you have your own user. The music is being streamed from the web, so it is mostly a feature for people with broadband, which the program is in its entirety.
