You must travel to the home world of the Guardian to free the world of the cold grasp of the Guardian.

Ultima 7 Serpent Isle has both a great story with much interaction between characters, as well as fighting and action sequences.

In Ancients you control a party of four adventurers - you'll have to choose a class for each of them, and then the adventure begin. The party starts in a small town, where you can visit several stores and purchase weapons, or play the casino, and get ready for the adventures which looms ahead. Like most other rpg games you navigate around with the arrows, and use the mouse for interaction with the people or monsters you encounter.

The Bard's Tale takes place in the city of Skara Brae, which has been taken over by the evil wizard Mangar. He has brought an eternal winter over the city and the city is almost doomed. Vicious monsters roam the streets, and it is very dangerous to stay out in the streets at night. Your mission is to lead your party of adventurers through the streets, sewers, dungeons, and towers of Skara Brae to search for a way to defeat Mangar.

Dragon Wars takes place in the magical land of Dilmun, an island of salvation perverted into a world of horror by Namtar (as you might expect - the bad guy). You start with a party of four in the city of Purgatory, equipped with nothing more than.. well - nothing.

In this final installment to the series you opponent is an evil lich. You can use characters from Eye of the Beholder 2, but there are a few bugs when converting the characters. The game in itself is huge - there is plenty of entertainment for hours in EOB 3. But somehow, the game doesn't have the same touch 'n feel as the 2 proceeding games.

You start out as single character on a mission to prevent the evil lord Tarbos to terrorize the land of Lyramion. During the game you'll be able to gain strong allies and party members, who'll aid you in your quest.
