Download New World - Amazon’s Amazing MMORPG
A new game is on the market and so far it looks like it will be a huge success. In any case, it is already one of the most popular games on Steam, here in Q3 2021. After a successful open beta, which ended in early September, the game is now finally ready to be purchased and installed on PC, as it is released as the exclusive title for PC gaming.
Amazon Game Studios, which is behind this hit (with world release date September 28, 2021), has also announced that they are behind the upcoming launch in the west of an extremely popular ARPG from Asia, called Lost Ark, which is set to be released in early 2022.

Explore the mysterious island called Aeternum
In the first few minutes of the game, you wake up in torn clothes while desperately trying to pull yourself ashore. You take your first steps in what looks like a graveyard for sunken ships. This starts the game's tutorial, where you learn how to move around the game and how to fight the battles.
After spending a short time on the island, it will dawn on you that the island (called Aeternum) is trapped in some kind of time pocket - and many of the styles in the game are therefore a fun mix of magical technology and ancient American (about 17th century based) aesthetics.
On the island there is an element called azoth, which is said to give eternal life. But as is the case with this kind of material, it is deeply corrupt, and therefore many of the island's inhabitants are now locked in an eternal trance, where they want more azoth every day, while trying to destroy everyone else who also might want to get their fingers in the life-giving agent.
Choose the grouping that suits you
There are three main factions that you can choose from when playing the game. In these factions, you get the opportunity to meet specific characters and join other players as you fight your way together to reach a common goal.
The three factions are called the Marauders, the Syndicate and the Covenant.
The Marauders are powerful individuals who, with military force, seek to establish a free nation where all powerful and powerful persons can be allowed to exist.
The Syndicate (cartel) is a secretive and 'partially' criminal organization which has its activities in the shadows of the cities. The group is filled with magicians who use forbidden knowledge to advance their ideals, and cunning list thieves who sneak around the city roofs at night.
The Covenant consists of religious fanatics who try to eradicate what they believe are heretics and non-believers in the Aeternum, who have no right to exist at the same time as the Spark, which is the element of their light-based faith.

One of the positive and fun things about an MMORPG is when PVP is included in the game - it stands for player versus player (or player against player) and is a war-like combat system that allows players to attack each other, either in certain areas of the game, or when they move freely around the world.
Amazon's New World has massively multiplayer online combat, where you can battle up to 50 players at once, in a closed arena.

The original class system has been replaced with an attribute system
Instead of starting your game out by choosing whether you are a warrior, magician, thief, priest, or something completely different, you start out here just as a person. It's your subsequent adventures in Aeternum that will determine what type of hero you want to be.
With the attribute system, you get the opportunity to insert points in different character traits, which for example give you more life, make your spells better, or make it easier for you to avoid attacks.

The MMO New World has already taken the world (and steam) by storm and if the full servers are anything to go by, then it seems to be becoming an extremely popular game.
The graphics are spectacular, the gameplay is refined and works like a AAA game - and with the opportunity to help create and influence an open world with thousands of other players, there will be hours of entertainment in this game.
Unfortunately, the game is not free, as you have to buy the game through steam to be able to play it, but in return you do not have to pay a fixed subscription every month, as you have to in World of Warcraft, for example.
