Frankly, we would have been quite satisfied if the features above were the only ones the program offered. But the developer, Icecream Apps, has kindly included extra tools you won’t typically find in similar software.
You can add annotations, such as comment boxes, which is especially useful when you’re editing text. If you add a comment box, the recipient can see and read what you wrote, and they don’t need Icecream PDF editor installed—they can just open the PDF as usual.

A long list of features can quickly become hard to navigate, especially if you don’t have much tech experience. Icecream PDF Editor takes a user-friendly approach thanks to its familiar design.
The program is primarily divided into tabs with simple, descriptive icons, making it easy to explore everything it can do. If you already have experience with word processors, Icecream PDF Editor is a breeze to get around.

The most well-known word processors such as Microsoft Word and OpenOffice can’t open and edit PDF files, which is why a companion app like Icecream PDF Editor is such a great fit. The only downside we can mention is that there’s currently no Danish language pack and it’s only developed for Windows, but we hope that changes in the near future.
