PicGIF is a great choice for anyone who wants to make their own GIFs. Just drag and drop your photos into the app, then choose effects and set how long each image is displayed. You can use up to 300 images or a video with up to 300 frames.
Beyond its user-friendly design, you can add text with lots of options, such as position, font, and size. When it comes to editing the images themselves, you can only adjust placement and scale; if you need to crop, use an image editor.
Overall, PicGIF is one of the best tools we’ve seen for creating GIFs thanks to its many features. Exporting can be very slow and resource-intensive, though. Aside from that, it’s excellent for the job and the output quality is top-notch.
