The game takes place on California’s busy roads, where you illegally race against 14 opponents. Along the way, you must watch out for oncoming cars, the police, and make sure your rivals don’t knock you off your bike. There are no rules here except: win at all costs.

The classic old-school design you can’t help but love

Road Rash is a child of the early ’90s, and you can clearly see it in the heavily pixelated graphics. But even with small pixels, you can still bring an exciting world to life. We’ve seen that in Duke Nukem and DOOM 95, for example.

Road Rash is no different and manages to create an adrenaline-fueled atmosphere with fantastic action. There’s something nostalgic about this type of graphics that really takes you back to childhood.
