RunAsDate is a tool that lets you change the date and time for your Windows applications. If you use a 32-bit version of Windows, click here.

Have you ever needed to run a Windows program as if it were a specific date or time? The most obvious fix is to change Windows’ system clock, but with RunAsDate you can do it for one or more apps without affecting the rest of your PC. You can also create a desktop shortcut that automatically applies the settings.

In our testing, we tried RunAsDate with a calendar application, and it worked flawlessly. Because RunAsDate is a portable utility, there’s nothing to install — just choose an executable and a date and time.

Keep in mind that RunAsDate should not be used to extend trial periods, and in many cases it won’t work for that purpose anyway, since most programs track time in more sophisticated ways.
