XMind offers simple templates and features for mapping ideas. With a clean, straightforward interface, you can capture your thoughts and lay them out across a variety of user-friendly templates to choose from.
Once you pick a template, you'll see a basic set of tekstbobler (text bubbles) and lines connecting them. Users can easily click any element to edit its text, and click and drag items around the screen. A row of buttons along the top provides access to many options. You can insert images or even add audio notes to each topic.
Finished mind maps can be uploaded to the developer’s website for sharing, if you wish.
If needed, you can merge multiple mind maps into one large map. That way, you can break your ideas into smaller chunks, go deeper with them, and capture every detail.
You can export maps to popular formats, including Word, PPT, PDF/RTF, and image files.
