Cannon Fodder 2 – More missions, more chaos, and a trip to space.

After the huge success of Cannon Fodder, it was only a matter of time before we got a sequel. And Cannon Fodder 2 doesn’t disappoint. Once again, you take command of a small squad of elite soldiers sent through deadly missions packed with enemies, traps, and explosions — but this time the war takes you even farther… including to the Middle Ages and a strange alien planet.

Tactical action and dark humor in one package

The game follows the same core gameplay as the original:

  • 🧨 Top-down action where you command soldiers in real time
  • 🎯 Click to move, attack, and throw grenades
  • 💀 One death = one soldier gone for good — with fresh recruits waiting in line
  • 🪖 20+ missions across wild new settings, including sci-fi and historical themes
  • 👽 Includes the bizarre and entertaining \"Alien Planet\" scenario

You’ll need strategy, quick reflexes, and timing, and some missions demand real precision and planning. Each mission has one or more objectives — for example, eliminate all enemies, rescue hostages, or blow up buildings.

The same — but wilder and harder

Compared to the first game, Cannon Fodder 2 is:

  • 🔥 Harder and more varied, especially in enemy types and environments
  • 🛸 More creative and surreal, especially in its themes (aliens, ancient eras, etc.)
  • 🎮 Just as simple and addictive — and still no \"save mid-mission\" feature

The style is the same: pixel art, sharp humor, and a satirical take on war. It’s still tragic, comedic, and tactical — and still very British.
