It features a simple, user-friendly interface, straightforward controls, and desktop-specific features such as outlined graphics that pop up with helpful instructions on using the mouse for actions you would otherwise perform with your fingers on the handheld. In the Kindle Store you can buy e-books, and there are also millions of free titles you can download from Amazon.com.
With Kindle for Mac, you can use your Mac as an e-book reader that works alongside a standard Amazon Kindle or entirely on its own.
