Cue Club delivers classic pool and snooker vibes with a clean interface and a focus on precision with every shot.

Cue Club 1 is a pool simulator that brings the laid‑back feel of an afternoon at the pool hall home to your PC. With many different opponents and pool variants, it offers days of fun—and it’s a game you’ll keep coming back to.

Explore the many different ways to play pool

Cue Club 1 is the game that really makes Pool tables til at komme til live on the screen in front of you. Not only can you play the classic version of pool, the game is also designed with snooker in mind—actually several different versions of it. You can find the many variants under the "Types of Games" section in the main menu.

Cue Club’s aim line makes planning your next shot easier, but precision and angles are still crucial to clear the table.

If you’re not a pool shark yet and want to prepare for the big tournaments, jump into Practice mode, where you can spend as much time as you like honing your skills. Playing pool in real life and on a PC isn’t exactly the same, so it may take a moment to adjust.

Compete in major tournaments and become the best

In Cue Club 1’s Tournament mode, you can test yourself against some of the game’s strongest players. To do so, you connect to the game’s virtual chat rooms, where you’re matched with virtual opponents and can agree on a match. Win, and your reputation grows.

Cue Club also features a tournament mode where you fight through a classic 8‑ball bracket from the opening round all the way to the final.

Reputation is the key to ultimately winning. The better your reputation, the tougher—and more renowned—the players you can challenge. That’s how you advance and eventually beat the whole game. There are eight trophies in total—one for each chat room. Once you’ve earned them all, you compete for “the Grand Prize.” Win it, and you’re effectively king of the pool hall and can play anyone without losing reputation for a defeat.

Fun and entertainment for boring days

What truly makes Cue Club 1 so entertaining is its competitive edge. It’s not just you rolling balls with random folks at a bar. In this world, you’re one of the best—building a big reputation and winning shiny trophies.

Whether you want to blast through a quick game each day or compete for hours, it’s entirely up to you. Either way, those boring days will feel a lot less boring.

A pool game that simulates reality as closely as possible

One unique thing about Cue Club 1 is how closely it imitates real life. Many physical aspects of pool are tricky to get right in a game: angles, shot power, ball positions, and remembering to chalk your cue.

Cue Club 1 accounts for all of these, so you’ll need the same focus you’d have in real life to get good results. The balls won’t pocket themselves—they only go in with your tactical and technical planning on every shot.

Sleek, smooth design that brings the game to life

Cue Club 1 uses a fixed top‑down view of the pool table, so you always see the action from above with excellent visibility. Controls that affect your shot are neatly and logically arranged around the edges of the screen, making it easy to fine‑tune your aim.

Cue Club mixes things up with different tables and themes, giving a regular 8‑ball game a bit more arcade and bar atmosphere.

“A real game with realistic graphics” is definitely a claim Cue Club 1 delivers on. Everything looks and behaves convincingly—impressive given the game’s age. Its realistic sound effects help a lot, too—when you hear the balls collide, it feels real.

Reviewer’s rating with pros and cons, and user ratings

Cue Club is still a surprisingly entertaining pool and snooker game, especially if you enjoy classic PC titles that focus on precision and calm, tactical gameplay. It helps that there are many game modes, a solid tournament section, and physics that still feel convincing. On the downside, the game’s visuals now look dated, and the interface isn’t quite as intuitive as in newer sports and simulation games.
